Hengye supplies HSS circular cutting blades with a flat round profile for industrial cutting applications. Outside diameter, bore size, thickness and edge geometry are specified according to the machine installation and cutting requirements.
The circular knife configuration should be confirmed from the drawing. If a toothed saw blade is required, provide the tooth count and tooth geometry separately.
Outside diameter alone does not establish whether a circular blade will fit a machine. Bore dimensions, thickness, mounting features and edge position also affect installation and cutting engagement.
A used blade may have a reduced diameter or altered edge profile after sharpening. When ordering replacements, identify the original dimensions and any allowable resharpening limits.
The flat disc forms the blade body, while the edge configuration determines how it engages the material. Specify the bevel arrangement together with the outside diameter, bore and thickness.
HSS grade and heat treatment should be agreed for the cutting duty. Where flatness, concentricity or runout is critical, identify the relevant inspection datum and tolerance on the drawing.

This product can be evaluated for circular knife replacement, slitting and trimming operations requiring a flat round blade. Machine compatibility depends on the installation dimensions, cutting method and material being processed.
Please provide the outside diameter, bore, thickness, machine model, cutting material and quantity. Include the operating speed and specify whether the blade has a continuous cutting edge or teeth.
Is a circular knife the same as a circular saw blade?
They have different edge configurations. Confirm whether the application requires a continuous knife edge or a toothed cutting edge.
Can a replacement be ordered by outside diameter only?
The bore, thickness, mounting features and edge profile must also be specified.
