Hengye supplies custom carbide circular blades for plastic cutting applications. The round blade profile, mounting dimensions and cutting edge are specified for the plastic material and machine configuration.
Identify whether the operation involves slitting, trimming or size reduction so the blade design can be evaluated for the actual cutting duty.
Plastic cutting involves materials with different thicknesses, rigidity and filler content. A blade intended for a thin web may require a different geometry from a tool cutting thick sections or processing recycling feedstock.
Providing the plastic specification and cutting method helps define the required edge profile and carbide material. The general description “plastic blade” is not sufficient to reproduce a machine-specific cutting part.
The product uses a carbide round blade design with CNC-ground geometry. Outside diameter, bore, thickness and mounting features should be defined on the drawing.
For recycling or shredding enquiries, include the cutter arrangement and loading details. A circular knife is not automatically interchangeable with a hooked cutter, toothed shredder disc or another size-reduction tool.

The blade can be evaluated for defined plastic cutting, slitting and trimming requirements. For size-reduction equipment, provide the existing blade drawing and machine details to confirm whether the circular design is appropriate.
Please provide the plastic type, thickness, filler content if known, machine model, cutting method and quantity. State whether the material is film, sheet, a formed part or recycling feedstock. Include photographs of the existing blade and cutting assembly.
Can this blade replace any plastic shredder knife?
No. The cutter profile, mounting arrangement and loading conditions must be checked against the existing tool.
