Hengye supplies drawing-based serrated blades for carton sealing and automatic packaging equipment. Custom lengths span 100–500 mm, with tooth pitches of 2–8 mm. Specify the blade thickness, mounting pattern and tooth profile to match the cutting head rather than selecting by overall length alone.
Worn teeth, adhesive buildup or an unsuitable cutting position can leave tape partly attached or produce uneven separation. Serrated tips concentrate contact at multiple points to initiate the cut. Tooth spacing, edge geometry and blade alignment must work with the tape backing and machine motion. Check the holder and cleaning routine when assessing a replacement blade.

Use this blade range for carton sealing tape cutting and related packaging operations where the equipment requires a serrated edge. Cardboard and plastic film applications require separate review of the material thickness, cutting force and tooth design.
